- First layer- melt China grass in double boiling method.add sugar in the coconut water.mix well.Take a glass bowl Pour the coconut water then add elaneer pieces along with melted China grass mix well and keep in fridge for setting.
- Second layer- in a bowl pour coconut milk,condensed milk melted China grass and mix well.Pour it over first layer.keep it in fridge for 4 hrs.Valentine berry elaneer souffle is ready..
