  1. Shift almond flour, matcha, powdered sugar all together..

  3. Add all the shifted powder in the stiff peak-egg white and mix it roughly. (Do NOT destroy the bubbles).
  4. Mix the batter with a spatula. Try to mix like you are stroking the batter. When it slowly drops from spatula, then it is ready..
  5. Pour it in a pastry bag. Pipe the batter into a circle. Drop the plate from 5cm high few times. Let it dry for 30min..
  6. Bake in a oven that is preheated to 200c° for 4min. Drop the temperature to 150c° and bake for 10min..
